Reminiscing
Two of our members read stories they wrote about their youth, one fiction, one non-fiction. First, we heard the humorous tale of a boy who had never heard of Johnny Unitas. Then, a member read her story recalling her experience as a local beauty queen.

Some members shared good news today, others bad news, that’s all part of writing. One member shared a humorous and sentimental story about her “spinster” Aunt Eddie. For the listeners, it evoked memories of visits to their own elderly family members as children.
